• Microneedling

Medical micro-needling is a treatment that targets deeper layers of the skin without damaging the outer layers. The procedure involves puncturing the skin with tiny, sterile “pins” which create a controlled injury under the skin’s surface, triggering the formation of new collagen and elastin fibres and leading to an improvement in skin texture. After application of a freezing cream a micro-needling pen is applied over the skin in a grid-like pattern. A serum (or plasma rich protein) is applied to the skin after treatment. A minimum series of three monthly treatments is recommended.
